Pochi metri più distante dalla chiesa, rispetto all'ara etrusca, gli scavi degli anni '70 portarono alla luce questi resti di costruzioni. In un primo momento si pensò ad un edificio romano anche perché vicino alla torre cilindrica ritenuta di questo periodo. In seguito queste mura sono state posdatate assegnandole al periodo medievale, coeve alla chiesa del Mille o a quella dell'VIII - IX secolo.
A few meters further from the church, compared to the Etruscan altar, the excavations of the 70s brought to light these remains of buildings. At first it was thought to be a Roman building also because it was close to the cylindrical tower believed to be from this period. Later these walls were post-dated assigning them to the medieval period, contemporary with the church of the year 1000 or that of the 8th - 9th century.
